Sollid Studios is wonderful! Every single one of their instructors is fun, nice, motivating, and accommodating. They are able to modify all the classes to fit your level. Definitely recommend this studio to everyone!

My Little and I enjoy Zumba and Yoga classes at Sollid. They provided an amazing opportunity for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and we appreciate it so much. The studio is clean and inviting. The owners and instructors are incredible. We highly recommend!!

Sollid Studios makes you feel part of a community and a family. These ladies make it possible for every skill level to come to a class without judgement. The studio has something for everyone from classes to special workshops. If there is a subject you want to learn more all you have to do is ask them. They will give you advice where to start and they might have a workshop to fulfill your needs.

We are so lucky to have a fitness studio like this in Owatonna. All the instructors are wonderful and accommodating to all levels. The variety of yoga, cycling and fitness classes offered and the sense of community here makes working out fun!

Sollid Studios is an amazing studio! I love ALL the yoga classes! The yoga instructors are well trained and certified in all classes they are teaching. They are very friendly and welcoming! They remember everyone by name! They do an amazing job keeping the facility extremely clean. You won’t be disappointed!*my favorite class is Heated Yoga Sculpt
